Fever the Ghost unveil animated video for new single “Source” – Watch

Los Angeles’ Fever The Ghost have revealed a wacky new video to accompany the release of their debut EP.

“Source” is the latest offering from the forthcoming Crab in Honey EP, after the band unveiled the seriously surreal first video for “Calico” earlier this year. The new animated video (that can can be watched below) has been directed by Australian artist/animator Felix Colgrave and follows a Chinese-style dragon on a psychedelic journey.

The Crab In Honey EP will be the group’s first release on the Heavenly Recordings label. It has been produced and recorded by the band and Victor Indrizzo and is available as a limited edition coloured vinyl 12”, which also comes with a download code for 8-bit versions of the 5 tracks.

And for those fans that can not hold out to hear more from the band until their album drops in Spring 2015, the band are set to play their first UK dates at the end of October (listed below).

After starting out as the solo-project of lead-singer Casper Indrizzo, the band came together in 2013. The LA troupe were signed to Heavenly Recordings following their performance at SxSW Festival in Austin, Texas earlier this year. Now a quartet, the band have played alongside the Flaming Lips in the U.S.

The tracklisting for Crab in Honey is as follows:
1. Calico
2. Source
3. A Parliament Of Owls Determine The Fates Of Greater Men No less Than 5 Stories Above Us In A Dream.
